It all began with an Instagram direct message about pasta—Nate had never met Andrea at this point. Andrea was visiting friends in New York City and looking for restaurant recommendations from her Instagram followers. After some witty banter in the DMs, Nate invited Andrea to dinner. Despite Andrea spilling red wine on a white carpet, the date was a success. They followed it up with a motorcycle ride over the Brooklyn Bridge, where Nate's bike broke down mid-date.

Despite these early mishaps, they had great chemistry, and two weeks later, Nate flew down to Miami for their third date. After about a year of a long-distance relationship filled with late-night calls, countless texts, and frequent visits, Andrea made the leap and moved to New York City.
